Exercising Your Mental and Physical Muscles

Being stuck at home likely makes having the motivation to focus on your mental and physical wellness pretty difficult. However, now, during these uncertain times, it is important to take care of yourself and stay healthy to prevent any potential mental and/or physical harm the pandemic may cause to yourself and others. Unfortunately, mental illness rates have been substantially rising due to the pandemic, for it is natural to feel especially anxious, depressed, fearful, and/or stressed given our unique current circumstances. Mental and physical health are interrelated, so I urge you to give maintaining them your full attention and effort!


Please use this space to comment and share what you have been doing to maintain your mental and/or physical wellness during the pandemic. It is crucial that we support each other during this time, for everyone's struggles are not always clear, and kindness can make a huge difference in motivating someone to continue trying to stay healthy.
