Easy? Check. Quick? Check? Delicious? Triple check.

This is gonna be another short post since this recipe is SUPER easy and practically foolproof!

Chocolate Covered Katie's recipe only requires chocolate and heavy cream (or coconut milk for a dairy-free option). All you have to do is melt them together over low-medium heat, chill the mixture in the fridge for at least 2 hours, scoop it into little balls, and roll them in whatever you'd like!

I rolled mine in crushed almonds, red and pink sugar, and cocoa powder. I also added the optional splash of vanilla extract and pinch of salt, in addition to using 4 oz of a roasted hazelnut chocolate bar and 4 oz of dark chocolate chips (instead of just 8 oz of dark chocolate) to add even more flavor and texture. These are very customizable and the perfect little treat to satisfy any and all chocolate cravings!!

These little guys should be stored in the fridge or freezer and last for 1-2 months (as if they all won't be eaten in a couple days... or hours )
