Dessert for breakfast, or breakfast for dessert?

Chocolate Cherry Baked Oats
Vegan, Gluten-Free, Nut-Free
Serves 1
Ingredients
1/2 c oats
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1/3 c applesauce
5 crushed pitted cherries
1.5 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tbsp ground flaxseed
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking powder
Pinch salt
A handful chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375 °F and grease a small to medium ramekin.
Combine all of the ingredients (except for the chocolate chips) in a blender; pulse until smooth.
Mix in the chocolate chips, make for 30 minutes, and enjoy!
