Spice up your meals with this Erewhon-inspired dish!

Killer Cauliflower
Vegan, Gluten-Free, Nut-Free
Serves 6
Ingredients
1 head cauliflower (in florets)
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tbsp garlic
1-2 tsp dried cilantro
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2-1 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Directions
Preheat your oven to 450 °F.
Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl, adjusting the cilantro, ginger, and red pepper by preference.
Baked for 20 minutes or until crispy and enjoy!
