Sweet and nutty!

Maple Tahini Dressing
Vegan, Gluten-Free
Serves 3-4
Ingredients
1/3 c tahini
2-3 tbsp water
1 tbsp evoo
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1-2 tbsp maple syrup
2 cloves minced garlic
Sea salt to taste
Directions
Whisk all of the ingredients together until smooth.
Store in the fridge in an airtight container for 2-3 days.
NOTES:
* Pro tip: roast the garlic beforehand for an extra boost of caramelized garlicky flavor!
