An autumn breakfast with a prep as easy as pie!

Pumpkin Pie Overnight Oats
Vegan, Gluten-Free
Serves 1
Ingredients
1/2 c oats
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp cloves
1 tsp ground flaxseed, packed
2 heaping tbsp pumpkin purée
1/3 c almond milk
2 tbsp maple syrup
Top with:
Your favorite nut butter (I recommend maple almond butter!)
Molasses or maple syrup
Pecans
Pumpkin seeds
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a mason jar or airtight container.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (preferably overnight) before topping with your favorite add-ins and enjoying!
